La Eta Knabino (The Little Girl)
A short film by Samir based on a story by Jürg Schubiger. A digital silent-movie-fable in Esperanto.
A little girl is looking for help. In the forest she meets the wolf, and in the field the bull. However they are unable to help her, they don't have any help either. Girl, wolf and bull wander aimlessly onwards until they meet the big lady on top of the mountain. There they are surprised by a terrible storm. They are lucky to survive. Now they resolve to remain together for the rest of their lives.
Samir: born in 1955 in Bagdad, Iran. Grown up in Switzerland. Since 1983 freelanced camera man and director. Since 1994 director of Dschoint Ventschr AG distributions.
