ARNOLD STEINER, born in Venezuela, raised in Miami and kickin-it in Brooklyn, 28-year-old Arnold Steiner has been involved in Visual
Arts for most of his life. Visited art courses in High School and studied 4 years at the School of Visual Arts for Undergraduate Study.
