DAS EISKALTE AUGE hält die stummen Bilder der Überwachungsanlage des Berliner Kongreßzentrums (ICC) fest und konfrontiert sie mit Dialog-, Musik- und Geräuschzitaten aus einschlägigen Genrefilmen. So entsteht eine Collage zwischen Trivialität und Story, zwischen Alltag und Unterhaltungsindustrie und macht deren Schablonen sichtbar.
