O S C (Outer Space Communication) ist eine bisher einseitige Kommunikation mit möglichen außerirdischen Intelligenzen. Informationen über unsere Existenz werden mittels unterschiedlicher Medien, wie Radioteleskopen, Goldplatten an Bord von Satelliten, Telepathie usw. gezielt in den Weltraum geschickt. Auch die Signale unserer TV Sender verschwinden größtenteils im All. Gibt es irgendwo da draußen einen Empfänger, so bietet sich via Video die Möglichkeit für ein elektronisches Telegramm. 1. OSC (Outer Space Communication) sends a telegram to possible extraterrestrial intelligentsia. Information on our extence is puposefully sent into space by means of various media, like radio telescopes, plates of gold aboard satellites, telepathy etc. Most of the signals of our TV transmitters also disappear in space.
