Mittels eines chemisch - mechanischen
Verfahrens wird 35mm Filmmaterial se -
ziert und die Filmschicht vom ursprünglichen Trägermaterial getrennt. Die abgelösten Schichtfragmente werden auf 16mm Trägermaterial transplantiert und
neu arrangiert. Durch diese Transformation entsteht eine neue Realität, die nur noch wenig mit der üblichen Wahrnehmung des Betrachters zu tun hat.

With the help of a chemical mechanical
process 35mm film material is dissected and the film layer is peeled from the base. The removed film fragments are transplanted onto a
16mm base and re-edited. The transformation creates a new reality that has little to do with the viewers normal perception.
