In einer Mischung aus Animation und Realfilm wird die Geschichte von Daniel Paul Schreber erzählt, einem von Freuds bekanntesten Fällen, der glaubte, ein direktes erotisches Verhältnis mit Gott zu haben. Seine Geschichte ist die eines von der Medizin falsch verstandenen Mannes, dessen Behandlung auf grausame Art und Weise die Mißhandlungen während seiner Kindheit widerspiegelt, die ihn schließlich in Wahnsinn und Verzweiflung enden läßt.
Description:
A mix of animation and drama tells the story of Daniel Paul Schreber, one of Freud's most famous cases; who believed he had a direct erotic relationship with God. His story, of a man who was misunderstood by the medical world in a way that horribly mirrored his mistreatment as a child, ends in madness and despair.
