In dem Band Anxiety, Rest geht es um bewußtes Durcheinanderwerfen und Spielen mit Verbindungen, wenn Bilder und Töne in Worte umgesetzt werden. Es ist um die dem Penguin Medical Dictionary – einem englischen Laien-Wörterbuch – entnommenen Definitionen von Angst (anxiety) und Ruhe (Rest) angeordnet. Zum Sound gehören: portugiesische Werbung, Mazzy Star, Mozart, zerkrachendes Glas, tropfende Hähne, Regen und Donner sowie das Wiegenlied von Brahms. Zu den Bildern gehören: Fische, ein Schmetterling mit Blume, eine Souvenir-Schneeszene, ein Honigbär, Medizinisches für das Auge, ein wütendes Schaf, ein getrockneter Fisch und Rodins "Der Kuß". (S. The tape Anxiety, Rest is about deliberately jumbling and playing with the connections when putting pictures and sounds to words. It is organized around the definitions of anxiety and rest, taken from the Penguin Medical Dictionary, an English laymans dictionary. Sounds include: Portuguese advertisements, Mazzy Star, Mozart, crashing glass, dripping faucets, rain and thunder, and the Brahms lullaby. Images include: fish, a butterfly and flower, a souvenir snow-scene, a honey bear, a medical eye dropper. an angry sheep, a dried puffer fish, and Rodin's "The Kiss". (S. Furneaux)
